An awesome live performance from J Warner for Wonderland Magazine. The guitarist is pretty awesome with how style of playing and take on the track, creating a vibe and setting the tone perfectly for the chilling track that sets it up for a simply perfect performance from J. the Falseto at the end is effortless and superb. Brilliant.

The hype around J Warner continues to grow and this refix will only enhance his momentum. Taking on tracks from two of the UK’s finest James Blake and Ed Sheeran and actually making them completely his own with now signature production style and sound. Dopeness!

5 minutes 50 seconds of sheer awesomeness. Been shouting about J Warner and his boundary pushing RnB for a while but “Chill Chase” is heads and shoulders above everything he has down to date. The emotion is felt throughout the track with every lyric delivered with the chord sequence, marauding bass synth and sinister guitar lead running over it adding to the build up of angst and pain. Wretch 32 also delivers an almost show stealing performance, I can’t say I have ever herd him that good!

All in all a masterpiece of a track just superb!

I started following singer songwriter J Warner last year. His take on Alt RnB was on point and boundary pushing and his vocal is without a doubt smooth and flawless. He dropped two new songs on Sunday and this one embodies everything i’ve written at the top. Quality production from Levi Lennox gives this song an edge and almost moodiness whilst J’s voice just guides the listener through the song consistently building throughout. There aren’t too many vocalists in the UK really perfecting this sound championed in the US by the likes of The Weekend, J Warner is certainly leading the way for the Brits.

This song has been getting covered left right and centre recently with all of the success that Sam Smith has been achieving and the overall power of the song. This is my favourite though. A straight vocal masterclass from Singer Songwriter J Warner. The production is interesting from Blinkie but its all about the voice for me. Love the tone and effortless power. Pure quality!

We’ve featured this young singer/songwriter/producer before. J Warner has his own fresh style of RnB production that is refreshing but at the same time has that authentic underlying RnB groove and vocal sound that has moving like your favourite Usher track. This is one of just a couple of tracks he has dropped all covered in the same dopeness head over to his soundcloud for more goodness.

Great piece of innovative R&B Production from DKnights which i’m not gonna lie i wasn’t too sure of to start with definitely had me bopping my head by the end of it. J’s vocals sound quality throughout. Love the way it steps up halfway through the song with some extra harmonies running under Warner’s ad-lib before finishing off with some falsetto tones. Fresh music very much feeling it!
