Mundu just dropped his new EP “Qollapse” and it is a quality piece of futuristic RnB confirming his status as one of the artists that you need to be looking out for. Combining synths and vocals to create warm musical landscapes with an RnB flava. This is clearly displayed in my favourite cut “Sycamore Tree” 6 minutes of bliss that belie his age and experience. So much quality and you can’t not think he’ll only get better and better.

Carnival weekend what better time to drop a dancehall banger with an international acclaimed artist? So Shakka digs into his West Indian West London Caribbean roots and pulls along Mr Vegas to give you this crazy beat.
This guy just gets bigger and bigger and bigger epic movements with the quality go back it up

Without doubt if this track is anything to go by Amber Simone is a name you will be hearing more and more of over the coming months. This track genre less in its brilliance leaves you just wanting more and more and more. Her incredible vocal leaving you to question whether it is a boy or a girl is class and the production is off the chain and hard to define as anything other than DOPE. Get to know peeps get to know.

Sometimes an artist comes along that wasn’t on your radar and just delivers a quality product that just makes you stop and applaud. No words needed just an appreciation of the quality you have just heard. This is how i’m feeling about Shiv’s “About Time” EP that just dropped. A real poised slice of RnB Soul that just sounds complete. The track below “Refuge” is a prime example of how good this project is and what a sensational vocalist Shiv is. Go check it out and get involved.

Its been the longest time coming but fresh from supporting Julian Marley Dionne ReId gives us a first taster of her forthcoming mixtape”Soundcheck”. This is some proper Reggae with Dionne’s trademark soulful vocals over the track. She sounds great and if this is anything to go by this mixtape will be FIRE!

Gwarn D.

Yes fresh Loyle Carner. Little more raw and gritty this one led by a dirty guitar rift rather than the usual soulful hip hop vibes. Dope content here love the concept and the video is smart too his mum and brother work the camera well with nice cameos from Barney Artist and Tom Misch too. Love HipHop you can’t not feel this!

The Are We Live crew Barney Artist, Jordan Rakei, Tom Misch and Alfamist set out on a new task to come together and record a song in 1 day and here is the first result and it is AWESOME. Everything about this is so dope. Love the keys that drive the 1st part of the song and the way they are able to switch it to allow the guitar to dominate the 2nd half of the track. They all contribute to what is a killer track… RIDIDCULOUS give it a listen and download.

Yes boys yes Greg Dwight takes a verse on Sincerley Wilson’s “Chains” and gives his own perspective on it as well as allowing us to enjoy his stunning vocal. I’m pretty sure i’m not the only person out here thinking and wondering when is Greg Dwight gonna give us that FIRE!!! This track is only going to add more people to that list.

This is Ill. The first cut to be featured from the forthcoming Nang/Ralph Hardy project Growing Pains 2 sees vocalist Sipprell teaming up with producer Melo Zed and it is a match made in heaven. Melo provides some insane fresh production choices whilst Sipprell treats your ears to some gorgeous runs and tones that compliment the beats perfectly. Tune is so strong these two need to be working together more in the future.

YJ dropped a new project last week and it is HARD! The title pulls no punches and it is exactly the same with the lyrics and music. The intro below is my favourite track. Most likely due to the musicality of it (be sure to listen right the way through the track breathes so nicely) and the straight realness of his lyrics. I’m pretty sure there are lyrics here that every up and comer can relate to. But yeah it is another fine body of work get into it and spread the word YJ is killing it!
